The 110 series was created to optimise the workflow of the entire brigade in kitchens where it is ideal to have a central cooking island but little room to manoeuvre.

WORKFLOW

The peculiarity of the series is the double operating front of the equipment, which allows work from both sides of the line, thus reducing the footprint.

110 & Modularity

Compared to the classic modularity based on the standard 400 mm module, the 110 series works with modularity of 450 mm and 900 mm. 

This diversity is due to the desire to create functions with a suitable work surface and particularly spacious compartment bases. 

Many functions are also available in transverse (and not pass-through) mode, so that it is possible to create work islands that can really be used all round.
