Chef Stefano di Gennaro's restaurant, which he runs with his family, was recently awarded the 'Best of the Best 2021' prize by Tripadvisor. Already the holder of a Michelin star since 2016, it is an honour to have provided the facilities for a young chef capable of already achieving these goals, making humility and passion his strong points.

The kitchen at Quintessenza was born from a signature on a chef's hat and a handshake.  The result is a technical environment in perfect harmony with a wonderful architectural renovation in the historic centre of Trani.

    The chef opted for an opposing Star 90 cooking block with a single top. The refrigerated base, pan rack with salamander holder and electrical sockets complete the package.
